This Privacy Policy explains how Sealed Cube, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through the Songima platform (“Songima” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using Songima, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
This Platform is intended for use by U.S. residents only. We do not represent or warrant compliance with laws outside the United States, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide during account creation and use of the Platform. This includes your email address, date of birth, and any content or interactions within the app. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser information, and usage patterns. All user actions—including purchases, uploads, logins, and marketplace activity—are logged for operational, analytical, and fraud prevention purposes.
2. Use of Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to enhance user experience, enable core functionality, and analyze usage patterns. These cookies may store session data, preferences, and anonymized behavioral information. We also use analytics tools including Google Analytics, Wix Analytics, and internal app analytics to monitor performance and improve the Platform. Users may opt out of non-essential cookies or manage their cookie preferences through browser settings or applicable consent tools. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact functionality or user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to create and manage your account, verify identity, process transactions, deliver emails (including verification and password resets), and maintain marketplace integrity. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics, product improvement, and fraud detection.
4. Third-Party Services
Sealed Cube, LLC engages third-party service providers to facilitate essential operations of the Songima platform. These providers include, but are not limited to, Stripe for payment processing and wallet management, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for database and infrastructure services.
In the course of providing these services, such third parties may access limited personal information solely for the purpose of performing their contractual obligations. Sealed Cube, LLC does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All third-party access to personal data is governed by appropriate data protection agreements and is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill operational requirements. We are not responsible for unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data caused by failures of third-party providers.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of passwords, secure transmission via HTTPS, and email verification. While we strive to safeguard your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
6. Account Recovery and Deletion
Users may request password resets or account recovery by contacting support@sealedcube.com. You may delete your account at any time. Prior to deletion, you will be given the option to withdraw eligible wallet funds. Unsold Song Cards will be listed at market value, and proceeds will be retained by Sealed Cube, LLC. After account deletion, personal data is retained for up to thirty (30) days for legal, operational, and fraud prevention purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
7. User Rights and CCPA Compliance
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), users who are California residents are entitled to specific rights regarding their personal information. These rights include: (i) the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; (ii) the right to request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (iii) the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom; and (iv) the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, if applicable.
Sealed Cube, LLC does not sell personal information. Users may exercise their rights under the CCPA by submitting a verifiable request to support@sealedcube.com. To protect user privacy, we may require identity verification before processing any CCPA-related requests. Sealed Cube, LLC will respond to such requests within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.
8. Children’s Privacy
Songima is intended only for individuals eighteen (18) years or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If we discover that an account has been created by someone underage, we will delete the account and associated data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
